If you're unable to get Amazon to respond to your order enquiry, you may contact us, however, we'll need your full Amazon Order ID (looks like xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx) and we'll see what we can do. We unfortunately have very limited options as far as handling customer support tickets for Amazon.com based orders.
